    钠冷快堆堆内构件用奥氏体不锈钢无缝管的开发

    Development of Austenitic Stainless Steel Seamless Tube for Internals of Sodium Cooled Fast Reactor

    • 摘要: 采用真空感应+电渣重熔+均质化热处理+锻造+热挤压+冷轧工艺实现了钠冷快堆堆内构件用TP316H不锈钢无缝管的国产化,并检验了产品表面质量及尺寸、化学成分、金相组织、室温~650℃的拉伸性能、室温冲击及硬度、高温持久性能等。结果表明:该TP316H不锈钢无缝管表面质量良好,尺寸精度高;化学成分完全可控,纵向平均晶粒度约为5.5级,非金属夹杂物级别极低,铁素体含量为0,钢质纯净;室温及高温力学性能优异,耐晶间腐蚀性能优良,完全满足钠冷快堆堆内构件的工况运行要求。

       

      Abstract: The domestic production of TP316H stainless steel seamless tube for sodium cooled fast reactor internals is realized by VIM + ESR + homogenizing heat treatment + forging+ hot extrusion + cold rolling process. The surface quality and dimensions, chemical composition, metallographic structure, tensile test at room temperature ~ 650 ℃, impact test and hardness at room temperature,high temperature endurance performance are carried out. The results show that the TP316H stainless steel seamless tube has good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. The chemical composition is completely controllable, and the longitudinal average grain size is about 5.5, and the levels of non-metallic inclusions are very low, and the ferrite content is 0, and the steel is pure. The mechanical properties at room and high temperatures, and the resistance against intergranular corrosion are excellent, which fully meets the operational requirements of the sodium cooled fast reactor internals.
