    Analysis of Three-roller Steadier Based on Numerical Method

    • 摘要: 三辊定心装置的定心效果对毛管及荒管的生产质量有着很大的影响。针对某工程项目中的三辊定心装置,通过数值方法,使用SolidWorks软件进行运动仿真,并进一步得到抱辊运动过程中工作中心的坐标,从而直观地评估了该装置的定心效果,同时得出抱辊驱动液压缸行程与其开口度的拟合公式,为此类设备的实际工程运用分析提供了很好的范例。

       

      Abstract: The centering effect of the three-roller steadier has a significant influence on the production quality of the hollow bloom and the shell. Aiming at the three-roller steadier in a certain project,the software SolidWorks is used to carry out motion simulation through the numerical method,and further to obtain the coordinates of the work center during the movement of the roller,so as to intuitively evaluate the centering effect of the device,and at the same time obtain the fitting formula of the stroke of the roller-driving hydraulic cylinder and its opening degree,which provides a good example for the actual engineering application analysis of such type of equipment.
