    采用连铸坯制造的P92钢管性能试验研究

    Experimental Research on Properties of CC Billet-made P92 Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 为评估采用连铸坯轧制的P92钢管的性能,对几家钢厂提供的3支采用连铸坯轧制的P92大直径厚壁钢管进行理化检测、625℃高温持久强度试验等。结果表明:采用连铸坯轧制的P92钢管的各项理化性能满足相关标准要求,625℃、10万h外推高温持久强度为93.1 MPa,高于规范推荐值。因此,连铸坯P92钢管已具备工程应用条件,可降低产业链成本。

       

      Abstract: To evaluate the performance of the P92 steel pipe as made with the CC billet,three P92 large-sized,heavy wall steel pipes provided by a couple of domestic steel works are subjected to physical and chemical tests,and high temperature creep rupture test at 625 ℃. As a result it is revealed as follows. All the physical and chemical properties of the CC billet-made P92 steel pipe are in compliance with applicable standard requirements. The 100 000 h extrapolated high temperature creep rupture strength at 625 ℃ is 93.1 MPa,which is higher than the recommended value in ap- plicable specification. The CC billet-made P92 steel pipe has met the engineering application condition,and thus the cost of the industrial chain can be reduced.
