    Analysis and Application of Mathematical Model for Drawn Tee and Pipeline Opening Reinforcement

    • 摘要: 介绍拔制三通和管线开孔的补强方法,分析拔制三通和管线开孔补强的数学模型,并应用该数学模型进行计算。分析认为:在已知现场需求的条件下(设计压力,三通主管外径,支管外径、钢级),通过拔制三通和管线开孔补强的数学模型可以快速求出三通的设计壁厚;在已知设计壁厚情况下,将已知参数代入拔制三通和管线开孔补强的数学模型,可以反推出三通的产品试验压力,简单快捷。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper is the method for reinforcement of opening of the drawn tee and pipeline.Anal- yzed is the mathematic model for the said reinforcement.This model is used for relevant calculation.Based on the analysis result,it is identified that under given site-required conditions(i.e.the designed pressure,main ODand branch OD of the tee,and the steel grade),it is possible to use the said model to quickly calculate the designed wall thickness of the tee product,and moreover,with given designed wall thickness,it is also possible to reverse out the test pressure of the tee product by means of substituting the known parameters into the mathematic model.
