    Current Situation and Development Prospect of Technical Equipment of Domestic Seamless Steel Tube-making Industry(II)

    • 摘要: 详细介绍了我国无缝钢管技术装备的发展情况。我国自1953年建成投产Φ140 mm自动轧管机组以来,通过开发、研制以及引进,目前已是世界上拥有热轧管机组种类和规格最齐全,冷拔、冷轧管机的种类、规格也较齐全的国家,但装备水平参差不齐,设备设计、制造力量分散。提出了我国应充分发挥现有先进装备的特长,加速开发小型先进装备,改造部分现有的一般轧管机组,调整其分布,提高企业集中度,组建大型无缝钢管集团公司,使我国从无缝钢管大国向无缝钢管强国发展的建议。

       

      Abstract: The technical equipment development of domestic seamless steel tube-making industry is detailed. Since 1953 when the first domestic Φ140 mm plug mill was put into operation, thanks to continual research, development and import, the seamless steel tube-making industry of the country has been equipped with the most complete hot-rolling mills in the world in terms of type and product size range, and also equipped with cold-rolling (drawing) mills with considerable type variety and tube size range. However, the technical equipment level so varies geographically, and the equipment engineering and manufacturing firms are so scattered. To speed up the domestic seamless steel tube-making industry and turn the country from a big seamless steel tube consumer and producer into a world power in this regard, proposals have been put forward, including fully tapping the capacities of the existing advanced equipment, gearing up the development of small modern mills, making the distribution of the conventional pipe mills more geographically logical and improving the centralization of the manufacturers as well as building up large-scale corporations.
