无缝钢管断后伸长率不合格原因分析

    Analysis of Reasons for Nonconformance of Percentage Elongation of Seamless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 分析Assel三辊斜轧管机组生产的高压锅炉用无缝钢管的断后伸长率不合格的原因。对比了矫直前后、不同内螺旋深度试样的断后伸长率,并用有限元软件分析相同加载力下有无内螺旋12Cr1MoVG无缝钢管试样的断后伸长率。分析认为:对于Assel三辊斜轧管机组生产的钢管,其内螺旋是引起条状试样断后伸长率偏低和不合格的重要因素之一。试样存在超过标准要求的内螺旋且厚度符合产品标准要求时,建议采用圆棒试样进行拉伸试验。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the article are the reasons for the nonconformance of the percentage elongation of the hi-pressure boiler seamless steel pipe as made with the 3-roll Assel rotary rolling pipe mill.The percentage elongations of the specimens as taken from pipes with different inner spiral depths before and after straightening are compared.And applicable FEA software is used to analyze the percentage elongations of the specimens of the 12Cr1MoVG seamless steel pipes with inner spiral and without inner spiral which are under the same loading force.It is revealed via the analysis that one of the critical factors for the rather low or unqualified percentage elongation of the strip specimen of the steel pipe as rolled with the said Assel mill is the inner spiral thereof.Therefore it is suggested to adopt round bar specimen for the tensile test,when the sample has any inner spiral that is out of the requirement by applicable specification,and its thickness is up the requirement by applicable production specification.
