摘要: 分析直缝埋弧焊管焊缝氢致缺陷产生的主要原因是有水或油进入焊接熔池,指出防止水或油进入焊接熔池是防止焊缝产生氢致缺陷的主要措施。总结直缝埋弧焊管水或油进入焊接熔池内的几种途径,并对如何防止水或油进入焊接熔池提出建议。Abstract: The main cause for the hydrogen-introduced weld defect of the LSAW pipe is analyzed.As a result,it is identified that the main cause is that some water or oil enters the welding pool.Accordingly it is emphasized that preventing any water or oil from entering the welding pool is the critical measure to prevent the said defect.Possible channels for water or oil to get into the welding pool are summarized.And suggestions are proposed to prevent the trouble.
