    Development of Φ1 422 mm×38.5 mm X80 UOE Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 研究了38.5 mm板厚规格X80管线钢的相变行为以及冷却工艺对组织性能的影响规律,结果表明在低平均冷却速率+低终冷温度的冷却条件下,厚规格钢板全厚度组织更加细小均匀,具有≤0.85的屈强比及更优的落锤撕裂测试(DWTT)韧性。并通过数值模拟仿真评估了宝钢UOE生产线的成型能力及制造可行性;以此为基础完成了Φ1 422 mm×38.5 mm特厚规格的X80管线钢板及UOE焊管的工业试制,试制的钢管各性能指标均满足API Spec 5L技术要求。

       

      Abstract: Studied on are the phase transition behaviors of the 38.5 mm X80 heavy pipeline-purposed steel plate,and the influence by the cooling process on its microstructure.As a result it is revealed that under the cooling condition of low average cooling rate+low final cooling temperature,the micro structure of the whole thickness of the heavy steel plate becomes finer and more homogeneous,and the steel also has the yield ratio as ≤ 0.85,and better DWTT toughness.Furthermore the formation capacity and the manufacture feasibility of the UOE production line of Baosteel are evaluated with digital simulation method,based on which the industrial trial manufacture of the Φ1 422 mm×38.5 mm X80 ultraheavy pipeline-purposed steel plate and the UOE weld pipe are fulfilled.All the property indexes of the steel tubes from the said trial production are in conformance with applicable technical requirements as specified under API Spec 5L.
