工程机械液压油缸调试开裂原因分析

    Analysis on the Reasons for Cracking of Engineering Machinery-purposed Hydraulic Cylinder as Occurring in Testing

    • 摘要: 分析工程机械油缸调试中出现开裂的原因。认为:开裂源区断口上存在夹渣以及焊接部位存在层间未熔合缺陷恶化了焊接部位结合强度,另外焊接热影响区存在异常魏氏体、马氏体、贝氏体组织导致油缸在试压时在此缺陷部位形成开裂,并向缸体延伸扩展;建议在焊接过程中严格执行焊接工艺规范,改善焊接质量,杜绝焊接缺陷,为后续油缸调试和使用提供安全保证。

       

      Abstract: Cracks are found with a certain batch of engineering machinery-purposed hydraulic cylinders during testing process.Accordingly the causes are analyzed.As a result it is concluded that there exist some welding slag on the fracture of the crack source area,and the interlayer non-fusion defect in the welding part which together deteriorate the bonding strength of the welding part,and moreover there are abnormal widmanite,martensite,and bainite structures in the welding heat-affected zone(HAZ),which work as a whole to lead to the consequence that during pressure test process the cracks develop in the said defective part of the cylinder,and then expand into the cylinder case proper.Therefore it is recommended to strictly implement the welding process procedures during the welding process,improve the welding quality,and eliminate welding defects,so as to provide safety guarantees for the subsequent testing and use of the cylinder.
