125S钢级超高强度高韧性抗硫套管的开发

    Development of Ultra-high Strength/Toughness 125S SSC-resistant Casing

    • 摘要: 阐述了通过采用组织设计和系统的全流程控制开发125S钢级超高强度抗硫套管的思路,检测了该套管的力学性能及抗硫化氢应力腐蚀性能,分析了微观组织特征。分析认为:该套管的力学性能满足要求,抗硫化氢应力腐蚀能力较强;其微观组织特征为111<110>和011<111>的弱取向结构、可动性好的高密度相变位错、大量弥散析出的合金碳化物以及超细的层片状珠光体,从微观组织设计角度不仅保证了125钢级的高强度,同时提供了氢的高密度不可逆陷阱,大幅提高了套管的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀能力。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the paper are the thinking concerning developing the ultra-high strength 125S SSCresistant casing by means of microstructure design and systematical full-process flow control.Also tested are the mechanical properties and SSC resistance of the casing,and analyzed are the microstructure characteristics of the casing.It is regarded via the analysis that the said casing possesses the mechanical properties as up to relevant requirements,and rather strong SSC resistance;the casing'microstructure features the weak oriented structure texture111<110> and011<111>,and a high-density dislocation with good mobility induced by phase transformation,as well as a lot of dispersed alloy carbide and ultra-fine lamellar pearlite,which from the perspective of the microstructure design,not only ensures the high strength of the 125 steel,but also provides high density hydrogen irreversible traps,and therefore greatly improves the SSC resistance of the casing.
