X80弯管母管焊接热影响区冲击韧性及其影响因素

    Welding HAZ Impact Toughness of X80 Mother Pipe for Bend and Relevant Influencing Actors

    • 摘要: 研究了X80弯管母管热影响区的冲击功及其分布特点。通过对比X80弯管母管、干线钢管热影响区的冲击功发现弯管母管热影响区冲击功偏低、数据波动大;通过对比弯管母管及热煨弯管焊接热影响区的冲击功发现热处理后弯管的焊接热影响区冲击功大幅提高。指出母材合金成分、焊接热输入、母材冲击韧性及热影响区刻槽位置是影响热影响区冲击功的主要因素,并给出了改善建议。

       

      Abstract: Studied here in the paper are the impact energy and its distribution characteristics in the HAZ of the X80 mother pipe for the bend. Comparing the HAZ impact energy of the said X80 mother pipe for the bend with that of the main line pipe,it is identified that HAZ impact energy of the said mother pipe is on the low side,and fluctuates obviously;and it is also revealed via comparison of the welding HAZ impact energy of the mother tube with that of the hot bend that after heat treatment,the HAZ impact energy of the bend is increased significantly. Finally it is pointed out that the alloy composition of the base metal,the welding heat input,the impact toughness of the base metal and the HAZ notch position are the main factors as affecting the HAZ impact. Accordingly some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
