    Research and Development of Pipe-end Upsetting Machine for Large-sized Oil Tubing and Casing

    • 摘要: 简述了油套管的发展趋势和局限性,总结了12 MN/6 MN预应力双工位大规格油套管管端加厚设备的研发经验,以及管端加厚技术的创新点;分析了影响钢管加厚镦粗时产品质量的主要工艺参数;基于Deform-3D软件建立了管端加厚成形过程的有限元模型,分析了管坯加热温度、模具与钢管间摩擦因数、冲头镦粗速度对加厚设备载荷的影响。

       

      Abstract: Briefed here in the paper are the development trend and limitation of the oil tubing and casing, and summarized are the research and development experience of the 12 MN/6 MN pre-stressed, 2-station pipe-end upsetting equipment for the large-sized oil tubing and casing, and the innovative features of the pipe-end upsetting technology. Also described are the main process parameters as affecting the quality of the steel tubular product with pipe-end upset. Furthermore based on the Deform-3D software, the FEA model of the pipe-end upsetting formation process is set up. Thanks to the said model, the effects on the load of the upsetting machine by such factors as the heating temperature for the pipe blank, the coefficient of the fraction between the die and the steel tube, and the upsetting speed of the punch are analyzed.
