冷却方式对耐海水腐蚀钢组织与腐蚀性能的影响

    Effect of Cooling Methods on Structure and Corrosion Resistance of Seawater Corrosion-resistant Steel

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种通过控制相变温度得到不同金相组织、不同晶粒尺寸和组织偏析程度的海洋用低合金钢的方法。试验分析了不同金相组织的该低合金钢在模拟海水环境中的盐雾腐蚀速率条件下的变化情况,讨论了钢的盐雾腐蚀性能与金相组织、晶粒尺寸及组织偏析的关联性。认为,晶粒组织越细小,钢的盐雾腐蚀速率越小;组织中有少量贝氏体对盐雾腐蚀性能的影响不明显;带状组织对盐雾腐蚀性能的不利影响受组织晶粒尺寸的交互作用。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the essay is a process which is used to obtain the marine-service low alloy steels with different metallographic microstructure, grain size and segregation degree by means of controlling the phase transition temperature. The change of the salt spray corrosion rate of the low alloy steel with different microstructure in simulated seawater environment is analyzed via relevant experiment. Furthermore the correlation between the seawater corrosion resistance and the metallographic microstructure, the grain size and the microstructure segregation is discussed. It is revealed that the finer the grain structure is, the lower the salt spray corrosion rate will be;the small content of bainite in the steel microstructure produces just no obvious effect on the salt spray corrosion-resistance of the steel;and the negative effect by the banded structure on the salt spray corrosion resistance is interacted by the grain size.
