热处理制度对316H管材组织及性能的影响

    Effect of Different Heat Treatment Schedules on Microstructure and Properties of 316H Pipe Microstructure

    • 摘要: 主要研究了Φ711 mm×25 mm规格316H管材在不同热处理工艺制度作用下晶粒度及常规力学性能的变化情况,通过金相分析了晶粒度与热处理制度之间的关系及规律。结果表明,经冷轧之后的Φ711 mm×25 mm规格中间品经1 000℃+25 min热处理工艺后,晶粒最小为7.5级,在此基础之上,Φ813 mm×15 mm最终成品管的晶粒度控制在6.0~6.5级。

       

      Abstract: Mainly studied here in the essay are changes of the grain size and mechanical properties of the Φ711 mm×25 mm 316H steel pipe as affected by different heat treatment schedules. Also analyzed with the metallographic analysis are the relationship and variation regularities between the grain size and the heat treatment schedule. Finally it is concluded that the minimum grain size of the Φ711 mm×25 mm intermediate pipe that is cold-rolled, and then subjected to the heat treatment at 1 000℃+25 min is 7.5, based on which, the grain size of the Φ813 mm×15 mm finished pipe is well controlled within 6.0~6.5.
