钢管外抛丸自动控制系统研究与应用

    Research and Application of Automatic Control System for External Shot Blasting of Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 针对钢管防腐生产线外抛丸工序存在人工介入较多的现状,设计了一套钢管防腐过程外抛丸自动控制系统。在外抛丸工序布置有2套抛丸清理机,该系统通过电感式传感器检测辊道上的钢管信号,结合PLC控制系统,通过程序算法实现1、2号抛丸机中除尘器、提升机、分离器等设备的逻辑启动;结合对抛头电机工作电流的采集和砂阀下砂量的电动调节之间关系的数据积累,形成每种钢管规格抛头电机工作电流与砂阀下砂量的逻辑关系,实现参数的自动调整。通过生产运行表明,该系统的上线运行降低了岗位人员的劳动强度,提高了钢管外抛丸的工作效率,降低了钢管防腐质量风险。

       

      Abstract: A set of automatic control system for external shot blasting on steel pipe anti-corrosion production line is designed to address the current situation of excessive manual intervention in the shot blasting process. There are two sets of shot blasting cleaning machines arranged in the external shot blasting process. This system detects the steel pipe signal on the roller table with the inductive sensors, and works with the PLC control system to realize the logical start up of such units as the dust collector, the elevator and the separators in the 1# and 2# shot blasting machines by means of the program algorithms. Based on the data accumulation of the relationship between the data acquisition of the working current of the polishing head motor and the electric adjustment of the sand amount under the sand valve, a logical relationship between the working current of the polishing head motor for each pipe size and the sand amount under the sand valve is formed to realize the automatic parameter adjustment. The actual production site operation shows that the online operation of this system brings about advantages such as reducing the labor intensity of the job staff, improving the efficiency of steel pipe surface blasting operation as well as reducing the anti-corrosion quality risk of the steel pipe.
