钢管爆破检测系统研制

    R & D of Steel Pipe Blasting Test System

    • 摘要: 为解决钢管爆破检测系统存在的问题,研发了一套基于MCGS及微软VS平台的钢管爆破检测系统。简要介绍了该钢管爆破检测系统的总体软硬件架构、MCGS采集PLC300数据推送数据库应用研究、SQL语言增删改查数据库场景应用、微软VS平台DatagridView报表技术研究;重点介绍了对压力传感器线性拟合标定、微软VS平台超万点压力数据曲线绘制。运行结果表明:该系统运行稳定,能较好满足现场使用,该系统能实现爆破设备全自动控制,爆破压力数据自动采集存储,爆破曲线报告能自动生成,可为客户驻厂监理提供钢管极限耐压质量证明。

       

      Abstract: To fix the problem as staying with the existing steel pipe blasting test system, a new steel pipe blasting test system is researched and developed based on the MCGS and Microsoft VS Platform. Briefed here in the paper are the main aspects of the said system, including the general software and hardware architectures, and the application research on the MCGS acquisition, PLC300 data push data base, the scenario application of the SQL language adding, deleting, modifying and querying databases, and research on the Microsoft VS Platform Datagrid View reporting technology. And focused on are the description of the pressure sensor linear fit calibration, and the plotting of the Microsoft VS Platform pressure curve for over 10 000 points. Relevant actual operation result shows that the said steel pipe blasting test system runs consistently and meets the on-the-site operation requirement, and features full automatic control of the blasting equipment, automatic acquisition and storage of the blast pressure data, automatic generation of the blast curve report, and being capable of providing with the customer site supervisor with the certificate of the steel pipe limiting pressure resistance quality certificate.
