高钢级套管复合载荷试验堵头焊接工艺研究

    Research on Plug-welding Process for Composite Load Test to Hi-grade Steel Casing

    • 摘要: 为了确保高钢级特殊螺纹套管在复合载荷试验过程中试样与堵头焊接的可靠性,分析高钢级特殊螺纹套管堵头材料的焊接性能,选择合适的焊材及焊接结构,制定高钢级特殊螺纹套管复合载荷试验堵头焊接工艺,采用2种焊条进行多层多道焊接并进行焊前预热、焊后热处理的工艺能有效提高焊缝强度及韧性。实践表明,制定的焊接工艺能够保证堵头焊接的连接强度,可满足API RP 5C5—2017规定的高钢级特殊螺纹套管CAL IV级复合载荷试验要求。

       

      Abstract: To ensure the reliability of welding the plug with the specimen of the composite load test to the hi-grade steel special threaded casing,the welding performance of the plug material of the casing is analyzed,and accordingly the proper welding material and welding structure are determined,and in turn the welding process for the said plug is form-ulated. The welding process involves multi-layer and multi-pass welding with two types of welding rods,and pre-heating before welding. Adoption of the post-welding heat treatment process can enhance the weld strength and toughness. The actual operation result shows that the newly-formulated welding process will ensure the connection strength of the plug welding,being up to the requirement for the CAL IV composite load test to the hi-grade steel special threaded casing as specified under Specification API RP 5C5—2017.
