X80M HD2应变设计管线钢及UOE焊管开发

    Development of Strain-based Designed X80M HD2 Pipeline Steel and UOE Pipe

    • 摘要: 西气东输四线管道工程途径多处地质活跃断裂带,需要采用Φ1 219 mm×33 mm规格X80M HD2级别高性能要求的应变设计管线钢管,为此开展了相应的产品设计、试制及性能分析工作。结果表明,采用铁素体+贝氏体双相组织设计管线钢制成的X80M HD2钢管具有低屈强比、高均匀延伸率及高应力比特征,可以较好地满足西气东输四线工程应变设计需求。进一步分析表明,制管成型过程是钢管相关变形指标下降最为显著的工序,时效过程对相关指标影响较小;通过控制时效后钢管纵向屈服强度530~582 MPa、屈强比≤0.85,可以保证时效后钢管的纵向均匀延伸率、应力比等变形性能指标满足相关技术要求。

       

      Abstract: Since there exist several active fault zones in the Fourth West-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project the Φ1 219 mm×33 mm strain-based designed X80M HD2 linepipe with required high performance is needed. Accordingly corresponding product design,trial production and performance analysis are carried out. The results show that the steel pipe as made of the pipeline steel designed with the ferrite + bainite dual phase structure features low yield to strength ratio, high uniform elongation and high stress ratio,having been properly meet the performance requirements of the strain-based designed steel pipe for the above mentioned project. And the further analysis shows that the forming process is regarded the one during which the related deformation performance of the steel pipe most obviously decreases,and the aging process has little effect on the related properties. The deformation indexes of the post-aging steel pipe like longitudinal uniform elongation and the stress ratio,etc. can be ensured to meet applicable technical requirements by means of getting the post-aging yield strength between 530 MPa and 582 MPa,and the yield ratio ≤0.85 via proper control.
