固溶处理对S30432不锈钢管组织和力学性能的影响

    Effect of Solution Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of S30432 Stainless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 通过金相组织、硬度试验和室温拉伸的方法,研究了不同的固溶温度和固溶时间对S30432钢管金相组织和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着固溶温度的增加,S30432钢管的力学性能呈下降趋势;固溶温度为1 120℃,力学性能最佳;固溶温度超过1 160℃时,奥氏体晶粒明显长大,随着固溶时间的增加,力学性能也呈现下降趋势。从晶粒度、硬度和力学性能方面考虑,工业化生产S30432钢管的固溶温度宜控制在1 100~1 160℃,固溶时间不超过20 min。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different solution temperatures and solution durations on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the S30432 steel tube are investigated by means of metallurgical structure analysis,hardness test and room temperature tensile test. The test results show that the mechanical properties of the S30432 steel tube trend to decrease along with the increase of the solution temperature;the mechanical properties are optimal,when the solution temperature is 1 120 ℃;the austenite grain grows obviously,when the solution temperature is above 1 160 ℃;and the mechanical properties also get decreased along with the increase of the solution duration. Taking the grain size,the hardness and the mechanical properties into consideration,as for the massive production of the S30432 steel tube,the solution temperature should be controlled within the range of 1 100~1 160 ℃,and the solution duration should be limited to maximum 20 min.
