斜轧穿孔孔型开度值高精度算法开发

    Development of High-precision Algorithm for Opening Value of Rotary Piercing Groove

    • 摘要: 无缝钢管斜轧穿孔过程中辊面几何形状和轧制工艺参数对孔型开度影响较大,尤其是穿孔辊使用末期辊面磨损严重,使用设计参数计算孔型开度误差较大。测量了穿孔辊实际磨损深度,介绍了辊面磨损量计算公式以及一种考虑辗轧角、送进角和辊面不均匀磨损的高精度斜轧穿孔孔型开度值计算方法,并利用开源平台Lazarus完成应用程序开发,利用SolidWorks建立了具有辊面磨损特征的三维模型。通过软件计算结果与SolidWorks测量结果对比说明该计算方法计算精度较高,可满足现场实时使用需求。

       

      Abstract: In the process of rotary piercing process of the seamless steel pipe,both the roll surface geometry and the rolling process parameters remarkably affect the groove opening.,particularly in the last service period of the piercing roll, due to the serious wear thereof,the error of the groove opening as calculated with the design parameters is rather large. The actual wear depth of the piercing roll is measured,and the calculation formula for the roll surface wear amount is described. Furthermore a high-precision calculation method for piercer groove opening is elaborated,involving consideration of such factors as the toe angle,the feeding angle and the uneven wear of the roll surface. And the application program is developed with the open source platform Lazarus,while a 3-D model with the roll surface wear characteristics is set up with SolidWorks. The software calculation result is compared with the SolidWorks measured result,showing that the calculation precision of above mentioned method is higher,and can meet the requirement for on-the-site real time application.
