直缝埋弧焊管合缝预焊工艺控制方法研究

    Study on Method for Process Control of Pre-welding for Seam-jointing of LSAW Pipe

    • 摘要: 带有开口的管坯在合缝过程中材料变形量对钢管几何尺寸影响显著,合缝过程可能造成钢管错边、噘嘴缺陷,增加施工现场钢管对接难度。预焊过程产生的飞溅会损坏探伤设备的探头,同时破坏钢管外观质量。为了降低直缝埋弧焊管预焊工序错边、噘嘴等成形合缝工艺缺陷以及预焊飞溅、气孔等焊接缺陷,研究了钢管合缝过程板材变形量和变形规律,预焊机合缝原理和预焊工艺规范,保护气体和飞溅量关系以及焊接规范和焊缝熔深关系,研究发现预焊机辊梁参数的调试是钢管合缝质量的关键,预焊飞溅量随着CO2的比例增加而增加。研究结果可以指导车间生产调型,提高预焊工序工艺质量。

       

      Abstract: The deformation amount of the material during the seam-jointing process of the pipe blank with an opening has a significant impact on the geometric dimensions of the steel pipe. The seam-jointing process may cause defects of the pipe such as misalignment and pouting,which increases the difficulty of steel pipe jointing on the construction site. And the splashing as generated during the pre-welding process may damage the probe of the flaw detection equipment,and also compromise the appearance quality of the steel pipe. In order to reduce the defects as above mentioned and occurring in the pre-welding process of the LSAW pipe as well as pre-welding spatter and porosity,studies are conducted on the deformation amount and deformation law of the steel plate during the steel pipe jointing process,the principle of jointing of the pre-welding machine and pre-welding process specification,the relationship between the protective gas and the spatter amount,and the relationship between the welding specification and the weld penetration depth. As a result it is revealed that the adjustment of the pre-welding machine roller beam parameters is the key to the quality of the steel pipe seam-jointing,and the pre-welding spatter amount is increasing along with the increase of CO2 proportion. The research result is worth of guiding workshop production type adjustment and improving quality of the pre-welding process technology.
