某高压气井双层套管井下变形失效原因分析
Analysis on Causes for Deformation Failure of Double-layer Casing in a Certain High-pressure Gas Well

摘要: 在对某高压气井四开Φ196.85 mm回接套管柱扫水泥塞时,在井深15.50 m处严重遇阻。进一步作业确认该套管柱与其外侧的Φ273.05 mm套管柱内壁发生点接触。通过对套管固井质量分析、地层压力系统分析及理论计算分析发现,造成Φ196.85 mm套管变形(遇阻)的原因是:三开Φ273.05 mm管柱固井质量不好,管外存在气体从下而上的上窜通道,导致下部高压过路气层气体上窜,在井口环控关闭的情况下,井口段形成的高压气腔的压力超过了Φ273.05 mm套管的抗挤能力从而导致Φ273.05 mm套管先发生挤毁变形,变形后的套管与Φ196.85mm套管外壁发生点接触,从而引起Φ196.85 mm套管变形所致。Abstract: After the cementing of a certain hi-pressure gas well with the fourth spud Φ196.85 mm casing,the plugexploring process is seriously blocked at the position of 15.50 m depth. And it is identified via further operation that the casing string has its outer surface point-contacted with the inner surface of the Φ273.05 mm casing. Based on the cementing quality analysis,the formation pressure system analysis and the theoretic calculation,it is revealed that the causes for the deformation(blocking)of the Φ196.85 mm casing are as follows. Due to the poor quality of the cementing of the third spud Φ273.05 mm casing string,there exists some gas that goes up through the channel from the lower position,and thus cause the gas from the hi-pressure passing-by gas layer at the lower part goes up, and when the wellhead environment control is closed,the pressure of the air cavity as formed at the wellhead section exceeds the collapse resistance of the Φ273.05 mm casing,and thus gets the said casing collapse deformed,and in turn,the deformed casing gets point contacted with outer surface of the Φ196.85 mm casing,which then leads to the deformation of the latter.
