锅炉用CPE热轧管斜向缺陷超声波检测

    Research on UT Method for Oblique Defect of Boiler Pipe as Hot-rolled with CPE Plug Mill

    • 摘要: 针对CPE顶管机组热轧无缝钢管斜向缺陷出现的特点,制订相应的超声波检测技术方案,增加4°和8°双向内外表面的斜向人工缺陷检测,使用具备三维方向调节功能并配有微调自锁机构的斜向探头调节装置,结合特制的水浸焦距探头,试验检测时注重钢管同心度、水层距离和入射角调整并进行动态调试,使声束与人工缺陷形成垂直关系以显著提升检测的精准度。上述措施的实行增加了CPE顶管机组热轧无缝钢管斜向缺陷的超声波检出率。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the characteristics of the oblique defects as occurring on the seamless steel pipe as hot-rolled with the CPE plug mill,a corresponding UT technical plan is worked out,involving such measures as adding 4° and 8° two-direction detection of both inner and outer artificial defects,adapting the oblique adjusting device as having equipped with 3 -D direction adjustment function,and equipped with the trimming self-lock mechanism,using the especiallyprepared immersion probe,focusing on the pipe concentricity when conducting the experimental detection,adjusting the water layer distance and the incident angle,and conducting the dynamic commissioning,and making the acoustic beam have a vertical relation with the artificial defect so as to significantly improve the detection accuracy.
