层状复合钢板研究现状

    Current Research Status of Laminated Clad Steel Plate

    • 摘要: 综述了层状复合钢板的发展历程、制备方法、复合机理、标准体系、热轧界面结合影响因素以及界面微观组织、断裂行为和界面复合机理等方面的研究现状,分析了层状复合钢板的发展趋势。指出,层状复合钢板已成为材料领域的主要研究热点之一,目前已经形成较成熟的制备方法、较完备的生产检验标准与较深入的复合机理等成果,但仍需改进主流轧制复合工艺,系统地进行界面复合理论基础研究,完善标准体系建设。

       

      Abstract: Summarized here in the paper are the major aspects of current research on the laminated clad steel plate,including the development history,the manufacturing process,the cladding mechanism,the standard system,the factors that affect the hot-rolling interface bounding and the microstructure of the interface,the fracture behavior and the interface bounding mechanisms,the development trend of the laminated clad steel plate,etc. It is pointed out that the laminated clad steel plate has been one of the major research hotspots of the material field,and up to now,relevant achievements have been made,including generally-mature manufacturing process,basically complete production inspection criteria and rather in-depth studies on the cladding mechanism,etc. Nevertheless it is regarded that the main stream rolling cladding process still needs to be improved;the theoretic basis of the interface cladding needs to be systematically researched,and the construction of relevant standard system needs to be completed.
