冷轧和热处理工艺对TA2无缝管组织和性能的影响

    Influences of Cold-rolling and Heat Treatment Processes on Microstructures and Properties of TA2 Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 为提高TA2无缝管的综合性能和使用安全性,采用不同轧制变形工艺制得Φ19 mm×1.4 mm规格TA2无缝管,并在480 ℃进行真空退火、保温4 h的热处理工艺,研究不同变形量对TA2无缝管尺寸、显微组织和拉伸性能的影响,并择优选择最佳轧制工艺;将TA2无缝管分别在510、540、570 ℃进行真空热处理,研究不同热处理温度对其拉伸性能和显微组织的影响。研究表明:采用三道次轧制、热处理温度为540 ℃时,TA2无缝管的尺寸偏差最小,等轴组织均匀细小,管材塑性最好,综合性能良好,满足换热器使用要求。

       

      Abstract: To improve the comprehensive performances and application safety level of the TA2 seamless steel tube,the Φ19 mm×1.4 mm TA2 seamless steel tube is produced via different rolling-deforming processes. The said tube is then subjected to the heat treatment processes of vacuum annealing and 4 h holding so as to investigate the influences by the different deformation amounts on the dimensions,microstructure and tensile properties of the tube. As a result the optimal rolling process is determined. Furthermore the TA2 seamless steel tube is put through the vacuum heat treatment at different temperatures of 510 ℃,540 ℃ and 570 ℃ to identify the influences of different heat temperatures on its tensile properties and microstructure. It is shown via the relevant studies that the TA2 seamless steel tube as rolled with the three-pass rolling process,and heat treated at 540 ℃ presents minimum dimensional deviation,homogeneous and fine equiaxed microstructure,the best plasticity and satisfactory overall performances,having met the application requirements for the heat exchanger.
