自动化顶头表面氧化炉的设计与验证

    Design of Oxidation Furnace for Surface of Automation Plug and Relevant Verification

    • 摘要: 针对穿孔顶头表面氧化处理过程的不确定性和随意性,设计了一种炉压≥15 MPa的新型氧化炉用以提高穿孔顶头氧化处理过程的自动化程度和稳定程度。新设计的氧化炉实现了穿孔顶头氧化处理的自动化控制和智能制造,具有温度均匀性好、高温强度高、自动化程度高,适用于多种工艺、满足高产能需求等特点。采用该新型氧化炉进行顶头氧化膜的制备,氧化处理过程中氧势和温度都维持在稳定范围,氢气浓度随着工艺参数的变化发生改变。结果表明该氧化处理炉可以有效地满足生产过程的参数控制,实现顶头产品的高效、稳定生产。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the uncertainty and arbitrariness as encountered with during the piercer plug surface oxidation treatment process,a new type oxidation furnace with pressure ≥15 MPa is designed to enhance the automation level and the certainty level of the plug oxidation processing operation. The newly-designed oxidation furnace is capable of oxidation automatic control and intelligent manufacturing of the piercer plug,featuring fine temperature homogeneity,high hi-temperature strength,and high automation level,suitability for various processes and satisfying to the requirements for high production capacity,etc. When making the plug oxidation film with the said oxidation furnace,both the oxygen potential and temperature are within the certainty range during the oxidation treatment,and the hydrogen concentration is getting changed along with the changes of the process parameters. The actual application result shows that the said oxidation treatment furnace can meet the parameter control during the production process,and bring about high efficient and consistent production of the piercer plug.
