S32750超级双相不锈钢U形换热管生产工艺及组织性能

    Manufacturing Process and Microstructure Properties of S32750 Super Duplex Stainless Steel U-shaped Tube for Heat Exchanger

    • 摘要: 采用EAF+AOD+热穿孔方式制造出S32750双相不锈钢荒管,经过三道次冷轧、固溶热处理、弯管及弯头消应力热处理研发出规格为Φ25 mm×2 mm的U形换热管,对其表面质量、尺寸精度、化学成分、组织及性能等进行了检验。结果表明:S32750双相不锈钢U形换热管表面质量良好,尺寸精度高,耐腐蚀性能优良;换热管基体组织为奥氏体+铁素体,其中奥氏体与铁素体含量比例接近1∶1;直管及弯头按ASTM A262标准E法进行晶间腐蚀试验,试验后试样经压扁无晶腐裂纹;直管按ASTM A923标准C法进行6%FeCl3点腐蚀试验,试验后试样表面未发现明显的腐蚀产物黏附,腐蚀速率小于10 mg/(dm2·d);弯头按ASTM G36进行沸腾氯化镁应力腐蚀试验,经渗透检验无裂纹,符合标准要求。

       

      Abstract: The S32750 duplex stainless steel tube as manufactured by the EAF+AOD+hot-piercing process is made into the Φ25 mm×2 mm U-shaped heat exchanger serviced tube by means of 3-pass cold-rolling,solid solution heat treatment,and stress-relief heat treatment of the bend and the elbow. The results from relevant physical and chemical tests show the said tube possesses such advantages as good surface quality,high dimensional accuracy,and excellent corrosion resistance;the matrix of the tube is of austenite+ferrite microstructure among which the austenite to ferrite phase ratio is 1∶1;the specimens are subjected to the inter-granular corrosion test,the 6%FeCl3 pitting corrosion test,and the boiling magnesium chloride stress corrosion test,showing that the straight tube and the bend as flattened present no intergranular corrosion crack;and the surface of the straight tube specimen is free of adhesion of any corrosion product; and the corrosion rate is less than 10 mg/(dm2·d);while the elbow specimen after the penetration inspection presents no crack. All the properties of the product are up to the requirements as specified under applicable standard.
