连铸管坯直接轧制13Cr油井管产品开发实践

    Practice of Development of Direct Rolling 13Cr OCTG with CC Billet

    • 摘要: 介绍了从炼钢、轧制、热处理、内表面缺陷处理和质量控制等方面开发连铸坯直接轧制13Cr油井管产品的生产实践。通过优化脱氧、冷却、搅拌和结晶器等成功生产出质量可控的13Cr连铸坯。轧制环节采取控制加热温度、优化辊距和导板距、使用Mo顶头等措施。同时介绍了热装连铸坯轧制。实践证明,热装连铸坯轧制可大幅缩短加热时间,提高生产节奏,内折比例远低于冷坯。经过内修磨等处理,连铸坯轧制13Cr油井管的报废率可控制在2%以内,力学性能满足标准要求。连铸坯直接轧制13Cr油井管可缩短交货周期、节省能源,减少工序,降低制造成本,具有显著经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the practice of developing 13Cr OCTG by the direct rolling process with the CC billet,covering such aspects as steelmaking,rolling control,heat treatment,internal surface defect treatment,and quality control,etc. The 13Cr CC billet with well-controlled quality is successfully produced by means of optimizing processes such as deoxidation,cooling,stirring,and the mold considation. In the rolling process,relevant measures are taken,including controlling heating temperature,optimizing the roll space and the guide plate distance,and using the Mo plug. And the hot-charging/rolling process of the CC billet is also described. The operation practice has proven that the hot-charging/rolling of the CC billet can significantly reduce the heating time,increase the production cycle,and a much lower proportion of internal fold compared to the cold billet. Moreover thanks to the internally-repair grinding treatment,the scrap rate of the 13Cr OCTG as rolled with CC billet can be controlled within the range of 2%,while the mechanical properties of the product can meet the requirements under the applicable specification. Finally it is concluded that using the said process of direct rolling the 13Cr OCTG with the CC billet can bring about such advantages as shortening the delivery cycle,saving the energy,eliminating some operation steps,and reducing the manufacturing costs and yielding significant economic benefits.
