钢板铣边机送料车爬行问题分析与解决

    Analysis and Solution of Crawling Problem of Steel Plate Edge-milling Machine Feeding Carriage

    • 摘要: JCOE钢管厂的铣边机铣削厚板或余量较大的钢板时送料车速度不稳,产生爬行现象,影响生产效率且易损坏刀片和设备。分析了造成送料车爬行的原因:传动间隙的存在,送料车受到的刀盘拉力与轮阻力相近且都不稳定,速度控制PID回路发生震荡。设计并安装一个液压阻力装置给送料车施加一个与运动方向相反的阻力来消除传动间隙,解决了送料车爬行的问题。

       

      Abstract: The edge-milling machine as used by the JCOE steel pipe plant encounters a problem,i.e. in case of processing thick plate or plate with large margin,its feeding carriage is running unstably,and even crawling,which not only affects the production efficiency,but also easily damages the blade and the equipment as well. The reason for the problem is analyzed,and it is revealed,that due to the existence of the drive clearance,the cutting disc’s pulling force as imposed onto the carriage is similar to the wheel drag,and both are inconsistent to get the speed-control circuit isolating. Accordingly a hydraulic resistance device is designed and installed that applies a resistance as opposite to the movement direction so as to have the said drive clearance eliminated,and thus the crawling problem of the feeding carriage is fixed.
