    Recoiling Force Calculation and Motor Type Selection for Coiled Pipe

    • 摘要: 连续管综合性能的提高对收卷机提出了更高的要求。以连续管收卷机为研究对象,建立了连续管收卷机收卷时的力学模型,通过计算确定最大收卷力,根据最大收卷力及生产速度计算收卷力矩,从而对驱动马达进行选型设计。通过验证,所选用的马达既满足了收卷力的要求,也满足了生产线对收卷机速度的要求。

       

      Abstract: Due to the enhancement of the overall performance of the coiled pipe,the higher requirements for the recoiler are accordingly put forwarded. Here in the article taking the recoiler for the coiled pipe as the research object,a mechanical model for the recoiling of the coiled pipe by the recoiler is set up. And thanks to the model,the maximum recoiling force is calculated,and determined,and then according to the maximum recoiling force and operation speed,the recoiling torque is calculated out,based on which,the drive motor type for the design is determined. The verification shows that the motor as selected can not only meet the requirement for the recoiling force,but also meet the requirement by the production line for the recoiling machine.
