Abstract:
Due to the enhancement of the overall performance of the coiled pipe,the higher requirements for the recoiler are accordingly put forwarded. Here in the article taking the recoiler for the coiled pipe as the research object,a mechanical model for the recoiling of the coiled pipe by the recoiler is set up. And thanks to the model,the maximum recoiling force is calculated,and determined,and then according to the maximum recoiling force and operation speed,the recoiling torque is calculated out,based on which,the drive motor type for the design is determined. The verification shows that the motor as selected can not only meet the requirement for the recoiling force,but also meet the requirement by the production line for the recoiling machine.
