Abstract: Combining the digital management trend of the business of a certain welded pipe manufacturing company，the present process management processes and the existing problems are analyzed，and process management modules are designed，developed and embedded based on the MES system. Elaborated here in the article are the main aspects of the said process module，including the design thinking，and the function design and implementation method of the module in process planning，review，approval，query，and analysis. After the said process management module going on line，the structuralization and digitalization of the product process parameters will be realized so as to achieve the proper on-line management and convenient query the process data，which play a critical role in production guidance，manufacturing management and control，error verification，and quality accident prevention，providing data analysis support for enterprise improvement and optimization so as to continuously enhance the product quality control level of the enterprise.
