  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外CPE新型顶管机组的概况,对比分析了CPE机组与连轧管机组生产热轧小直径无缝钢管的技术经济指标。CPE工艺生产小直径薄壁管具有一定的优势,可以作为国内中小轧管厂技术改造选择方案之一。
    Abstract: The article involves a brief introduction to the general situation of the new CPE type push bench pipe production line both at home and abroad and a comparision between the CPE mill line and the mandrel mill line in terms of econo-technical norms for production of hot-rolled, small-sized seamless steel tubes and pipes, The CPE process which has certain superiority in manufacturing small-sized light wall tubes can be used as one of the alternatives for technical Innovation of small and medium sized pipe-rolling mills in the country.
