    张力减径机用轧辊的研制

    DEVELOPMENT OF ROLLS FOR A STRETCH-REDUCING MILL

    • 摘要: 张力减径机轧辊要求具有较低的内层硬度和一定深度的表面冷硬层以及良好的耐磨、耐热性能。天津无缝钢管厂与上海新沪钢铁厂合作研制出中合金冷硬离心复合轧辊,该轧辊的各项技术指标均优于进口的德国轧辊。文章扼要介绍了该轧辊的技术要求、化学成分、研制工艺和设备以及检验结果。
      Abstract: Rolls for a stretch-reducing mill should be of low inner layer hardness, certain depth of coldhardened surface layer as well as excellent wear and heat resistances, All technical targets of the centrifagally-composited and cold-hardened middle-alloy rolls, developed jointly by both Tianjin Seamless Steel Tube Plant and Shanghai Xinhu Iron and Steel Works, are better than those of the rolls imported from Germany. The paper gives a brief introduction to the technical requirements, chemical compositions, developing process and equipments, and also the test result,
