Optimization of Heat Treatment Process for Large-sized Heavy-walled Boiler Tube in 12Cr1MoV Steel

  • 摘要: 探讨了12Cr1MoV钢大直径厚壁锅炉钢管的热处理工艺。试验表明,对大直径厚壁锅炉钢管的热处理需采取适当的冷却措施,才能保证其组织和性能,即钢管热处理后应获得含30%~40%的回火贝氏体及60%~70%的铁素体或珠光体的组织,方能保证其具有良好的综合性能。
    Abstract: The discussion involves the heat treatment process for the large-sized heavy-walled boiler tube in 12Cr1MoV. Relevant experiment result shows that the structure and properties of the said boiler tube can not be ensured unless proper cooling step is added to the heat treatment process, which ensures the steel structure with 30%~40% tempering bainite and 60%~70% ferrite or pearlite, thus good overall performance of the tube.
