Tandem Ultrasonic Automatic Detection Technology for HFW Pipe

  • 摘要: 介绍了HFW焊管串列式超声波自动探伤技术的背景、原理及应用,分析了宝钢HFW生产线串列式超声波探伤设备的组成、样管图纸、校验样张等。分析认为:宝钢为国内首家实现串列式超声波自动探伤的厂家,满足壳牌等高端用户对HFW焊管大壁厚钢管的检测要求。
    Abstract: Described here in the article are the background, the principle and the application of the tandem automatic ultrasonic detection technology for the HFW pipe.And also analyzed are the main aspects of the said tandem automatic ultrasonic detection equipment as located in the Baosteel HFW pipe production line, including the equipment configuration, the reference pipe drawing and the verification chart, etc.It is regarded via the analysis that as the first company adopting the automatic tandem ultrasonic detection system in the country, Baosteel is capable of meeting the requirements for inspection to heavy wall HFW steel pipe by the hi-end customers like SHELL.
