    油管悬挂器螺纹接头上扣扭矩研究

    Study on Make-up Torque of Threaded Connection of Tubing Hanger

    • 摘要: 借助理论分析和试验方法研究了油管悬挂器与油管连接的上扣扭矩。研究表明:油管悬挂器螺纹连接采用厂家推荐的油管上扣扭矩并不合适;油管悬挂器连接如果保证上扣位置,需要提高上扣扭矩;油管悬挂器外径对上扣扭矩有较大影响,建议采用油管最大上扣扭矩对油管悬挂器上扣。

       

      Abstract: The make-up torque for connecting the tubing hanger with the tubing proper is studied by means of rel- evant theoretic analysis and testing method. It is demonstrates via the studies that the tubing make-up torque as recom- mended by the supplier for thread connection of the tubing hanger is not suitable. To ensure the make-up position for the tubing hanger connection,the torque has to be increased;and the outside diameter of the tubing hanger obviously affects the make-up torque. Accordingly it is suggested to use the maximum torque for make-up of the tubing hanger.
