    Development of TMCP Manufacturing Process for L360N Seamless Steel Linepipe

    • 摘要: 某PQF连轧管机组生产Φ273 mm×8 mm规格L360N无缝管线钢管时,采用常规热轧、控制轧制、控制轧制+控制冷却三种方式组织生产,分析了这三种工艺生产的无缝钢管的性能与组织差别。工业试验表明,控制轧制+控制冷却可以明显细化晶粒,在提高钢管拉伸性能的同时,可大幅提高钢管的冲击韧性,合理的控轧控冷工艺可使钢管稳定满足-30 ℃冲击值的要求。

       

      Abstract: When the PQF mandrel mill is used to produce the Φ273 mm×8 mm L360N seamless steel linepipe,the production is organized with three modes,i.e.,the conventional hot rolling,the controlled rolling and the controlled rolling + controlled cooling (TMCP). An analysis is conducted for the properties and microstructure differences of the pipe as rolled with the said three processes. Relevant industrial test result shows that the steel grain is obviously refined with the TMCP process,which not only improve the tensile properties of the steel pipe,but also significantly enhances the pipe's impact toughness. It is concluded that reasonable TMCP is capable of make the pipe consistently meeting the requirement of -30℃ impact value.
