    X70M级管线钢倍宽生产的工艺研究

    Research on Double-width Manufacturing Process of X70M Steel Plate for Linepipe-making

    • 摘要: 为了实现钢板宽度方向倍尺轧制X70M级管线钢,研究了等离子切割与火焰切割的X70M管线钢的组织类型,确定了切割对材质的影响范围、组织分布情况,制定了相应的倍宽生产管线钢的钢板切割方法与钢管焊接工艺等。结果表明:在钢水纯净度较好的情况下,X70M钢级钢板采用等离子切割边部影响范围小,晶粒度无明显增加,对管线焊接影响不大,采用较大能量焊接有利于提高焊接区域的力学性能,可满足X70M管线钢的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve double width rolling of X70M linepipe-purposed steel plate in the direction of steel plate width,the microstructure type of the said steel plate as plasma cut and flame cut is studied,and thus the cuttingaffected range and the post-cutting microstructure distribution of the material are determined. And corresponding cutting method and steel pipe-welding process for double-width manufacturing of the linepipe-purposed steel plate are also worked out. The result shows that in case of good liquid steel cleanliness,plasma cutting process as used for the X70M steel plate just produces a small affected range of edge part,and causes no significant enlargement of the grain size,which has slight impact on welding of the linepipe. Using high energy welding is beneficial for improving the mechanical properties of the welding area so as to meet the requirements for the use of the X70M pipeline steel.
