    Typical Case Analysis of Negative Abnormality from Radiographic Inspection of HFW Pipe End

    • 摘要: 介绍了HFW焊管管端射线检测的常见典型缺陷,分析X射线探伤缺陷的判定,不能仅依靠底片本身是否存在阴影、黑线等直接进行判定,须结合HFW焊管的生产工艺特点,结合钢管内、外表面状态判断是否存在符合产品标准但影响X射线底片的缺欠,如存在则需先做修磨处理后再做X射线探伤检测,以免影响探伤结果的评定。

       

      Abstract: The typical defects of the HFW pipe end as identified by the radiographic inspection are described here in the paper. The determination of the defect as found via the X-ray radiographic inspection is analyzed,which leads to such as conclusion that the defect determination must not be simply made just solely based on the fact whether or not there exists any shadow or black line,etc. And the correct method is first determine whether or not there exists any defect that conforms to applicable product specification,but still affects the X-ray negative by means of taking consideration of the manufacturing process for the HFW pipe,and the states of both inner and outer surfaces of the pipe. And if there does exist such defects,the pipe must be first repaired via grinding,and then subjected to the X-ray radiographic inspection so as to avoid the influence on the determination of the detection result.
