  • The formation process parameters of SSAW are discussed in details.The reasons，basis and calculation methods for the position adjustments of No.1，No.2 and No.3 forming rolls are analyzed，and the calculated values are compared with real measurements.The analysis indicates that the theoretical values and the real measurements are basically the same，which proves that the calculation method for SSAW formation process parameters is reasonable and accurate，and is applicable in real production.
