A NEW PROCESS FOR TUBE STRAIGHTENING OVER ITS FULL-LENGTH

Based on the analysis of effects of straightening roll inclination on tube quality, a new multrroll straightening process by which the ends of a tube can be straightened, and also a new method,by which a tube can be straightened over its full-length by means of increasing the length of a pair of rolls in the middle of straightener, are proposed.
