Abstract

The high steel grade anti-H₂S corrosion seamless steel pipe for transport pipeline service has been successfully developed,and put into massive production,owing to the researches focusing on such aspects concerning the said pipe as chemical composition design and optimization,development and optimization of the manufacturing processes,and steel melting processes,pipe rolling processes and pipe heat treatment processes,etc.Relevant final product inspection results and end-user feedbacks show that the H₂S corrosion-resistance and all of the other properties of the said pipe are excellent.
