  • The general situation of the steel tube-making industrial development of Russia in 2004 is described. Also elaborated are the last development trend of the industry of the country as well as the current development situations of the three Russian steel giants namely, the Steel Tube Metallurgy Co., Ltd., Chelyabinsk Steel Tube Co., Ltd. and the United Metallurgy Co., Ltd., focusing on such aspects as production and sales, technical upgrade, product variety and capacity and steel tube import/export, etc.
