Abstract: This paper deals with the manufacture processes of the dual-layer coiled welded pipes,involving various aspects,including two-side electrolytic copper coating of the cold-rolled strip,strip edge treatment,pipe formation,soldering and quality inspection etc.Some measures for quality and yield elevation of the said pipes are also proposed.
