MEASUREMENT OF FOUR-ELEMENT ALLOY AND TOTAL CONTENT OF RARE EARTHS IN ZINC SOLUTION WITH AZO CL-P Ⅲ SPECTRO PHOTOMETRY

  • 摘要: 在热镀锌行业中,应用偶氮氯膦Ⅲ分光光度法,在721型分光光度计上、675μm波长处测定Zn-Al-Mg-Re四元合金及锌液中稀土总量。该方法简单,准确,适用于工业快速分析。
    Abstract: In the hot-dip galvanization sector, the four-element alloy, i.e, Zn-Al-Mg-Re and total amount of rare earths in zinc solution can be measured at 675μm wave length with Type 721 Spectrophotometer by employing azo Cl-P Ⅲ spectrophotometry.This method is simple, accurate and applicable for quick analysis in commercial production.
